Sing me a story

Holding Pattern was deinstalled on Tuesday. While Interboro was sad to take down the canopy and pack up the furniture, we took comfort in the fact that Tuesday was as much a beginning as it was an end.

Events are a big part of Holding Pattern. The Young Architects Program is synonymous with the Warm Up concert series, but as Holding Pattern is about strengthening connections between MoMA PS1 and Long Island City, we have invited organizations in the neighborhood to make use of MoMA PS1’s courtyard for programs of their own making. All events will be open to the public.

On Thursday, 6/30 from 1-2, we had our first event: “Sign me a Story, Read me a Song,” which was presented by the Queens Library.

The event was a blast! Special thanks to Sarah Hinkle and performer Emily Ellison.
